The Seceda cable car is a two-stage lift system that transports guests from the heart of Ortisei to the breathtaking 2,500-meter summit of Seceda. Famed for its spectacular panoramic views of the jagged Odle/Geisler peaks, a UNESCO World Heritage site, it's a must-see destination. In winter, it offers access to the renowned 10.5 km 'La Longia' run that descends all the way back to Ortisei, along with other slopes and a connection towards S. Cristina for the Sellaronda circuit. In summer, the lift welcomes hikers, families, and mountain bikers to explore a vast network of trails on the sunny alpine pasture.

The valley station is located at Via Val d'Anna 2 in Ortisei, reachable from the town center via a tunnel with escalators. A large, paid parking garage with over 250 spaces is available directly at the station; hourly and daily rates apply.
Trade-offs
"The connection to the main Sellaronda loop is less direct than from other villages. Parking can be expensive and fill up quickly during peak season."
