The Lift: The Sasso Levante is a modern, high-speed 6-person chairlift connecting the Passo Sella area back towards the Val Gardena valley. It replaced an older, notoriously slow and cold lift, offering a quick 4-minute ride with spectacular views of the Sassolungo group. Its speed is crucial for skiers completing the Sellaronda circuit before the lifts close.

Winter: This lift is an essential component of the counter-clockwise (green) Sellaronda. From its summit, skiers descend the blue Sasso Levante run or the red Martinelli piste into the Plan de Gralba basin, continuing their journey into Val Gardena.
